...at we're going through. They'll always make us do and follow what they want. They will never provide the salary what you have hired for. Without reasons there will be loss of pay. Every month there will be discrepancy in the salary we get. No job security at all. If they don't want you they will just through you out at all cost. Worst leave policy as every leaves will comes under earned leaves. However even the leaves are not taken at all, only 5 days will carried forward to next year and rest will be lapsed. Even if we have good skills and knowledge they will never see that appreciate, only point out mistakes and degrade. Every day we have to work with fear like if we make a mistake they will through us out of the company. Too much pressure and pressure. I have been working in the biggest organization of india before joining here when compared to that policy and work culture this doesn't even comes to 50% of that.

Salary is not given exactly what they said and no rest, non stop 9hrs work and they are saying in between we are giving break ,but it won’t be so helpful stress no growth they might take you to next level but they will bring you down to reduce they salary hike during the appraisal time! They are planning to not to give us the pay we earned but they will pressure us the most simple advice don’t join!

Salary is not satisfied they are not providing the salary what they discussed! And leave are not considered , no growth!

Before i give my opinion I'd like to say that I'm only talking about bpo sector in tech Mahindra not IT sector the only gud thing about it is job security, even if ur process winds up uh will still allocated to a new project soon..you won't b on bench

So this is about bpo sector only in tech Mahindra No wonder it's terrible You can only survive if u r good with your TL You can never go against them and complaint Even if uh dare to complaint about them to any hr or managers it fires back to you Employees r Pressurized for their TL promotion No learning nd work-life balance is a myth Even if someone actually dies and u ask leave uh are supposed to send pics of that dead person to get that leave approved Lots of deductions in salary and hike is a joke Leaves are never approved..even paid leave is a joke If u r admitted and hospitalised it can take ages for u to claim medical insurance again that doesn't get claimed 100% Health issues are invited on bonus due to the toxic environment nd work space 1 year of working and i was done

no tea coffee for employee not even proper water dispenser hyderabad infocity tower 2 . Taking money in every small thing also policys are not specific and clear . i cant believe this is the reputed tech mahindra company.
