...o vp all are fearfull entities, does not have gut to help you for an assignment. Irrespective of ur talent they will check how less is ur salary so that u can be abosorbed, where its not ur fault, no one will listen to u and u will be thrown. Dont join if u depends on ur salary for all ur needs and if u have an EMI or loan to repay. Mid of path they will drop u. HR department is a crap. Choose a better company.

...tion is pathetic, you are put into projects which are not befitting your skills. Pay is abysmally low. And then last year, the lay offs were awful. Just randomly fired, without even proper notice. Every time I left a company, I had a sense of sadness, would go out with good memories. But here it was like a sense of relief. Don't ever work here.

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

Leadership, poor appraisal process, no standard salary offering or revision. Good employees recognition and addressing their concerns to keep them motivated

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
