Poor management. Lots of parameters to get the variable pay Managers are not good Always searching for an opportunity to deduct your salary They will give weekoff on company holiday, so that they can save money Night shift allowance is very less 100 rupees per day and many projects don't have the night shift allowance as well

...l get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.

Thanks to Tech Mahindra to help many peoples to live happy with there family but I would like to inform increase salary so everyone will work perfect and sensuously because if you conduct something you have to set like a GC coupons because everyone wants money right so they happily be with techm if you increase salary goo

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

The company have tie ups with various online academy so you can always learn new things. Lots of projects are their so you have lot of opportunities to work on different profiles.

Compensation is not that great.
