...sleep, wake up, fresh up and board the cab again. There is no life in between. Salary & Benifits: They will decent package, but the twist is even incentives are included in same package. Let me share my experience, I supposed to get around 32k per month, within that excluding incentive, it will be 27k, within that there will be transport deduction of 1k that too with worst maintenance of cabs, one way noddle drop/pic, no AC in cabs even the sun will burn us. And 2k pf deductions, and another wonder is if you opt for medical insurance there will be deduction of 3.5k, so within that 32k, I used to get only 20500, if we are getting incentive, then it will go to around 22k - 24k and great part is no TL/Manager/HR knows how salary structure works. Promotions and appraisals: Don't expect, if you L your managers D you will be definitely promoted as like my earlier supervisor and SME. Job security: If you question/raise your voice within the program. Manager will call you and inform that Tech M is not lacking of employees to encourage you, I will terminate you if I want. Now, you can expect your job security. Literally people are slave there. Skill development/Training: First of all, there will be no upskilling once you hit the floor, when you are in training, they will just read out passages and qualify you, even to become TL, you no need to go through with upskill or upgrade yourself on your leadership qualities, you just need to be there for 5-6 years and wait for IJP and L your managers D, that's all. Literally, no manager/TL/HR knows the meaning and value of team huddles, feedbacks, one on ones, encouraging people. I've asked my manager one day that why my TL is not supportive, not being gentle, not sharing ay updates, not even smiling on face. He replied me back that this is not park to smile and say hi, how come people expect these, you are here to come, work, go, that's it, if not, I will terminate you. Work satisfaction: I don't know how come huge projects like Verizon and all are coming to TechM, they don't know how it's going on. Literally people are having cab delays due to rains and traffic, they are getting forced to extend shifts to cover login hours. I don't know if it is going till upper level or not. Company culture: So called people are behaving themselves as leaders but they don't know meaning of leader, they just think that my associates don't know anything, I need to control them, blame them, scold them, make them work that's it. Culture is going on like this, there is no culture at all.

The only good thing is they are providing two way cabs, that too sometimes cab will not be assigned we need to wait for 1 hr or 2 hr to get the cab and get back home

...y will get us out of project, Quality analyst will mark is down for no reason. Salary will not be given to you as per your package you will be getting less amount for the period of 4 or 5 months. Leaves are not given even for the emergency purpose, they want us to come to office for 365 days without fail. You will often get LOP for no reason

Everything else. The environment is pathetic and toxic here. You can only survive in this organization in pre process and process training. After that they will start torturing u. They dont have proper trainers to give training and there is lot of loopholes in the process itself especially Verizon Wireless Voice. So called managers dont have proper etiquette how to handle a team. Team leaders dont even have proper process knowledge. They only know how to avoid cx on the call and expect that you bring them a C-Sat which they call promoter, which is nonsense. And they have many reasons to judge you if you stand against them. Worst company ever to work with. Dont waste time here.

...ny they will give you worst reasons and will not listen to your justification. Will trap you with giving u the higher package but it will consist variable pay in it which they never give.

1. Salary deduction isn’t clear 2. No HR session on Salary structure discussion if asked by an employee, HR tried to escape from your salary bifurcation. 3. Your CTC includes quoted by your monthly performance incentive which is more than 10% of your overall CTC and this thing isn’t even clear at the time of your interview with operational HR. 4. Work life is worst, they switch your shift from day to night and night to day in a week. They think we can adjust this, we’re humans not a robot or Jenny from a bottle who can reschedule over daily routine after tapping a button in our bodies. 5. Management is worst, they don’t care about you. They only want you perform well and there score is at top of all the other sites on daily basis, that’s not possible. Everyday isn’t always in your favour. 6. No proper support for new trainee when they first hit the production. They’ve lack of support 1 SME over 16 employee in a batch. 7. Worst Transport, I’ve ever seen in my professional career.
