Day shift and work pressure is low that's all.

Dislikes

Issues with salary and the salary is entirely different from what the recruiter of Techm had promised on appointment letter. Unprofessional management, the HR's don't take any matter seriously not even the issues related to your pay . Incentive are performance based and management who takes care of the statistics and performance data themselves make mistakes in report .

...ily targets. I understand that was the need of time for the business to prosper. I worked harder, was on top in the team in terms of sales and was earning an underpaid salary and similar commission after working really hard and focus. A new qualifier was introduced i.e. NSO (No sale opportunity). No one knew how that would work. The target was to keep it less than 8%. The first report was shared on 25th and I was on 11%. Definitely no one could decrease the NSO percentage in jst a week remaining of the commission cycle. I was on top in the entire team of 15 employees with all the targets met leaving NSO. My NPS, AHT, log in hours, productivity, everything stood right and on top. The cross sell percentage was on top. Still jst cz of the new NSO qualifier being not met, I lost 42k of the commission. I was in continuous contact with my TL who kept on giving me false hope and assurances. He didn't took any action though and used to delay the reality that nothing can be done. The same situation was experienced by multiple employees, still there was nothing good done. I realised that all the business needs is robots to work from them and not humans. I'm a human, have dreams and is unstable with the earnings and have liabilities to fulfill. I went into distrust in the management and organisation cause of my TL and TOM. My TOM didn't even bothered to take care of it. Never made a bit of exception and always bothered about her salary and incentives. The team members do not belong to her anytime. How can someone be a manager when you don't f*cking care about the employees who are working day and night to make her earn her salary and incentives. No one bothered. And that's what a BPO culture is. That's the politics, selfishness and uncertainties of the job and people over you.

It's all dilution and fake promises that keeps the business running. I was told to do the right thing. I did, but I was no where as the targets were set as per the people who do not do the right thing as to improve their scores. Fake consent and care by the TL and TOM.

Likes

Good salary hike, transport allowance, bonuses for particular projects like technical support. Giving every penny back after f and f settlement. Incentives if you are a super human.

Where I worked in Hitec City, Hyderabad, no job security, no friendly environment, no understanding of an employee's mindset. My training manager demotivated me during my voice call certifications. I felt very dejected and lonely and I myself quit the job from there. They are only interested till the time you follow the process and perform. No assurance. Cafetaria hygeine is pathetic.

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers
