Diverse projects, lot of scope for learning. Growth depends on the project assigned. If the customer follows Agile, then we can implement the process, otherwise it's a nightmare.

Dislikes

Compensation for laterals is good but long timers find it hard to match them. Lot of influence from PM's or RM's and sometimes they tell us what to do.

...t location or different city. If u raise concern they treat u like daily wagers. No hike in salary no worklife balance

... in attitude. 3) Not much exposure to latest technologies,process and standards. If you are very lucky then you might good project 4) minimal salary hike 5) Organization hierarchy is not impressive. Roles of associates not wel l defined

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

There is nothing in TechMahindra for one can choose some likes ,(however you will few learning opportunities but they are really few )

Dislikes

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . MANAGEMENT IS WORTH LESS ,POLICIES ARE NEVER REVIEWED and have been the same since ages (only changes happens in words and revisions are versioned without any real improvement from previous) , no growth, no challenging role to offer
