Learning team strives to improve internal training facilities. Free access to paid portals such as udemy is also made available. Health Insurance is provided at a nominal cost. Lot of online sessions arranged with experts on topics such as handling emotional stress during pregnancy and other such for employee well being. Vouchers also provided to employees against bond to get professional certification. Overall respect for Indian culture. Managers are mostly friendly and reasonable.

Appraisal system is ill defined with no instructions from the top, only work needs to get done. No information on increment this year. Project Management process is also poor. Some Projects are running without tools or processes. People take advantage of the lack transparency impacting project. Hierarchy is not clear and keeps changing. Managers are not technically well equipped. No proper planning, good resources tend to get discouraged and leave due to which project suffers. Managers try to bring in freashers and people from bpo process and use them in it project which does not work well. Overall quality and capability of Resources not too good.

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

Salary is too low as compared to Current market everyone is crying, from top to bottom designation. No promotion, it's depends upon manager why manager promote a employee who is doing there job, if they promote you, your work is going to change and they don't want this. They need to focus on promotion. And salary
