...going. Once the time passes, they will neglect you later they will ignore you. If you want to work what they pay then you are a on-going employee of the Organization for tones of years. But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. They should have to give proper compensation and help to the employees. They need to understand genuine problem of employees.
