In BPO less salary also night shift allowance is only ₹50 (very less). Appraisal is not on time. Attrition rate is very high. Only favourites can grow. Management is less efficient to address or fix issues.

Improper management, on Job training for new joniees, Salary hike is decent however career growth is slow. Disturbing work life balance.

I like everything in this company. Safety is most important in this company. Excellent Facilities. Excellent management. All managers are supporting. Company policies are good.

For my side very less salary and also every year giving an appraisal very less.

Various events. On time salary credit. And that's it.

Forget your family if you join here. Login five minutes late and your manager will yell at you, whereas you are expected to work 2 to 3 hours after your regular timings. Manager will purposely not know the work you did and later say, "You have a lot of free time" Work from home is the worst possible thing that happened to this company's employees(Or IT industry's employees as a whole)

Toxic work culture. Loads of adhoc work given making it impossible to complete your task in the shift time. This leads to extended work hours without pay. Though leadership team is good, immediate managers think they own the company and dump their work on you. Escalation to HR seems to do nothing as if the HRs are hired as personal HR for the managers rather than doing right to the employee. Absolutely spineless. It does not end here, Even the exit process is designed to harass employees. Have to send multiple emails to get the relieving (experience) letter from the company. Wasted 11 years in this company. Worst decision one could make.
