Pros - Good work environment. Friendly work culture, peers are supportive.

Dislikes

Cons - Poor management system, less increment, compensation plans are not at all good, being a brand it should be far better than other organisations, unfortunately in our unit I am not feeling that way. Shift timings which is for 10 hours is the major drawback.

The best part of accenture..is salaray..comparing to other IT companies you will get market standards salary package for freshers and promotion you will get it easily with 2 years

The worst part of accenture...is project allocation ..if you are hardlocked to one project..its hard to get roll off from that and if you feel like that project doesn't good for our knowledge better will go for other project...but here its not possible easily..

There is regular training sessions held where you can upskill yourself. You have the option to change your stream or technology that you are interested in work for your career growth.

Dislikes

The compensation and salary benefits should be more attractive given the hours we give in for this organisation.

It was a very good journey with Accenture and I have learnt many things and developed my skills to grow further.

Dislikes

The only bad thing about the organisation is they pay less to employee who are working sinces years than a an employee who has been hired from outside.

Team were I was a senior executive and was having good bond with everyone

Dislikes

Perfomance Bonus or hike was not appropriate and does not fit to what you have worked for. They have fixed plan and never accepts our negotiations
