The salary is too less. Appraisal hike is also very less. In 3 years, only 2 appraisals happened for me. That too I haven't received 2nd appraisal compensation letter yet. The amount of efforts you put on doesn't match your salary.

...ct Manager having 11 yrs exp could only reach to 10 LPA. Started from 8.5 LPA. Even after resignation and retention, they cheat and don’t give you salary hike promised.

It helped me develop some good skills. Infrastructure is good Many services are available at campus like cloth sales, dmat opening, courses, seminars, movies, gym etc

...ut your career Stressful working conditions Leaves are not given when required Less salary at joining and also less yearly hikes. Quality projects are very less I was lucky to have one

I worked in Tech M for 2.5 years. Its an organisation that has about 1 lakh people working for it. there are multiple roles and multiple technologies where you work even if you are allocated to not a good project. You get a good exposure of working with so many projects running around. In terms of learning your career can grow .There is also a lot of fun element added along with work , so lot of activities keep happening almost throughout the day. The gym is pretty good, there is a specific dance room, yoga , meditation happens regularly. There is annual bash that happens , there are rock bands on campus once in a while and a plethora of activities that happen.

Dislikes

The increments are really poor. In my 2 years , overall my salary increased by just 1% .recently there was a lot of pink slips happening but not during my time.

Great place to start the career...put your head down and take on responsibility not worrying about the salary.....good place to learn stuff
