Appraisal and Promotion are not good as they have never given the salary according to market rates. I have joined this organization through BSG before 2-3 years but now working on Technical Delivery (Architect Role) with the same compensation package of 1.66 LPA package as nothing change.

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."

...t location or different city. If u raise concern they treat u like daily wagers. No hike in salary no worklife balance

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
