... from home" 3 days per month. Time Flexibility is there in most of the projects. If you are good at negotiations skill TechM will offer you best salary in industry while joining them.. Having said that do not expect anything in next few appraisal after that.

There is no job security in TechMahindra. Increments are negligible. If you are offered a good salary at TechM accept it and keep on searching job at some other organisation. If you are between 20 to 30, Ensure that you do not spent more than 2 or 3 Years (maximum ) in TechM.. No matter how much you like the organisation. From my 11 years of experience in TechM I can say they do not want people beyond 40 years of age in TechM and they remove them without any proper justification. Even if they recruit a person above 40 for some higher critical / position, there is no guarantee that they will keep him/ her after requirements is over.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

Everything no professionalism no appraisal no salary satisfaction no job security as they pick you without on paper and now you cannot go back to the previous role and giving 200 percent still its not enough

There are ample opportunities of growth and the work culture is also satisfactory

As such there is nothing i can put under dislike section however pay scale can be improved as per rival organisations in the market
