Tech Mahindra is good company I worked there from last four years but there staff is like a family and Human Resources are also supportive

They didn’t increase salary and in my designation as a customer support there is lack of knowledge

The only thing that is salary get credited on 30th of every month

Appraisal policy is terrible, promotion is based on how much you are close to the powerful person. No resolution ever you will find there

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The worst place to work, the atmosphere is terrible, career growth and the increment is zero

Dislikes

In the process when we have to save lives they fixed a time target in it, salary is lowest according to work, there are 12 hours in a day for this job.
