I have spent my 11 years however initial 6 years it was amazing place to work where i grew myself as person nd learnt things which added stars to my personality nd work experience as well....after tech mahindra took over it became d worst place to work.

... working hrs nd worsen the man power. Dropped the quality of work to quantity i.e they have brillant skills to demean & demotivate in all sense to the employees who are on high pay. Cross cutting has major impact where it has affected the work culture & employees personal life as well. 2) Leaves are the main concern even if you are the owner of designated leaves in your kitty however, you have to beg for it. If you are sick that really doesnt matter to them in short employees well being is not important instead the manpower is important for them, this reminds me of the condition before our independence of our country. I really dont wanna talk about it since i had terrible experience . 3) Beware after joining tech mahindra please forget you've a personal life. I have lost my 11 years only working with no time for urself nd family.If you can enhance your begging skill for everything that you want to do for instance time with ur family ...leaves...etc.... 4) Motivation is 0. Management want to fulfill the target where employees are being suffered due to pressure .They will have all sorts of stunts to get your incentives down by adding more nd more criteria where the success level to less than 5%. They get d work done under this pressure but when it comes to incentives its big fat ladoo.Leaders are pathetic & not sure how they are in these post ...where ppl management is zero ...work culture pathetic... I have list however i dont wanna spoil my day thinking about it. Dont judge a book by its beautiful cover need to read page by page to know the reality. Thank you!

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
