... pathetic. Favouritism would be very high. Talent recognition is very very poor. Salary structure is worst ever in the market. Management recognises only there chemchas no matter how worst they are in terms of their performance and skills. Very less flexibility to improve skills. Organisation is worst in valuing and respecting there own employees.

One thing is good on time salary. Lot's issues with management worst quality team and no job security if you have any chance means please avoid it because they used you like slave

Worst management and they act like good when you are joining but when you moved to production you know that inner politics 😝

Work life balance is good and you get leave very easily.

If you join as a fresher in Techm , I suggest you don't join as a fresher because salary is very low compare to other companies and salary hike is very bad and Techm hire freshers for support work so you can't get much knowledge in technical skill and last you have two year bond
