Only good things about Tech Mahindra is flexibility regarding WFH

Some people are helpful based on project

Dislikes

No salary hike. No promotions. Favoritism. No matter how much efforts you put only thing you can get is some award. No proper communication from hr. No proper management. Hybrid work policy made mandtory but not implemented where dome people are forced to come to office and other didn't even go one or twice and only thing we get is we are monitoring. No good projects or new projects

Dislikes

Manager and Leads of QA Cambridge project. I don't even know who hired those people. I was with Tech M only for 1 yr and within this 1 yr 7 people included me resigned the organization without any job offer. All because of specially Akbar Abbas Mohammed and Archana Neelam.

There's ntg to like there. It's a hell place.

...ourage in growth. 5. In the name of 8 hrs they make us work for almost 9hr. 6. Salary in offer letter is different and what we get is what begggers get road side. 7. No healthy environment. 8. Collogue smoke and smell so bad that other's feel suffocating. 9. PROCESS is not thought correctly and direct work is pressured in newbies. 10. If work mistakes happens then TL shout (yell) front of all the employees and other TL insult very badly. 11. They say rotational but mostly night' shifts.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Too much internal politics, they have retained me when I kept resignation in 2024 but till now there is no single promotion for me even after completing 3 years and 4 months. You can't take leaves more than 4 days. No skill development as 90% of the projects are worst. Freshers don't join TechM. If you fall under Nagesh Babu P's teams, please resign immediately as he is having all worst testing projects.
