Everything depends on your team,your manager,your management with whom you got a chance to work. If they are good,your life is good and if people around you are bad then your life is miserable.

Dislikes

1) No yearly salary hike or less hike ( every year they are having some excuses) 2) Manager and management doing politics and give chance to their candidates than good candidates. 3) some managers uses bench resources without billing or ever blackmail to get their job done. 4) less salary than other companies. Once u join less or no hike for many years. 5) if you try to object anything wrong in your manager then whole management will give you bad rating and fire you from the company.

I served almost 13 years of experience and handled around 30members team .My role was project manager and my salary is not as per my experience and even they deducted 20% salary 4 years.No standard aprisal process.

1. Work Satisfaction 2. Ample opportunities for Skill development and learning 3. They have many projects and if you skills, you can switch to other projects easily

Dislikes

1. Salary hike within the organisation is very poor 2. No recognization even after performing well consistently 3. You're valued only if you're part of a project 4. No recreational activities or outings

Likes

Learning opportunities, wide array of technologies, dozens of customers, decent bench management -- get placed within few days in most cases, buses to different locations, decent campus.

Dislikes

Variable pay cut for P1 band and above, sometimes made known. Sometimes, just deducted without prior information. Personal financials take a tool and mess up.
