Advice for freshers joining as ASE
Join here only if you want to stay on bench for a year and expect termination. Believe me, you will never get any projects. If you have some luck left, you will be allocated to ENS projects (neither growth nor job security). Forget of working in software projects. All the best..

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. We have so many branches and all campus are very huge in size and beautiful infrastructure.

...is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. There is a lot of politics. Career growth and salary both are less.

People in the organization who are working from many years did not get upgraded yet. Still using old tactics, politics which is not good.

...nt doesn't address our issues. On job training, kT is not given for new joinees. No joining bonus for sr. Software engineer. Also face racism... One place people support only to those and ignore others.

Best thing about TechM when compared to other MNC's is your variable pay is paid in full, and don't have any cuts, if you are Billable.
