Improvement in the communication and mail writing.

Dislikes

Salary structure and appraisal cycle. Increment releasing paper too late. After resignation mail there is no conversation with HR/Manager about the reasion.

Likes

Various Employee Wellness programs. Various Employee Enhancement and development programs(extra curricular) Annual Functions and programs organized by company for employees.

Dislikes

No salary hike or if given also very negligible. I have wasted five years and got one hike that too very less. No growth in terms of skills since most of the work is service based. Very minimalistic basic work. But you might get ample time and resources to upskill yourself.

Salary will get in time.

Dislikes

Salary Increment is very less, Politics will be more, Reporting Managers are not up to the mark of manger standards,There will be no domain experience employees to Guide about the technical issues. Reporting Managers will not send the correct persons to Onsite and to Build the project they will play politics and will send the person who is favour to him. There will be no coordination with Onsite and Offshore employess, Onsite employees will behave like client and they will not support to offshore employees. Because of this reasons good reputated Clients has closed there projects and migrated to other companies.

Learning curve in Tech Mahindra is very good. I learned a lot while i was working there in Tech M. I really like all the managers who guided me well and also supported me while i was down.

Dislikes

Salary and bonus. being in TechM i should not expect about money other than knowledge
