I am happy to say that this was my first job. I learned here has been useful so much to me everywhere in job.Tech Mahindra's job is the best for bigginers bcz I believe that they never need to look back at their career.

too many calls, quility department . Salary is not equal to work.

... of this company. Training period was awesome. I felt secure there in any shift. Salary was credited time to time. When i was doing job there at that time we're celebrating all festivals at office very joyful. I'm feeling so glad to be a part of Tech Mahindra.

Work pressure was high. Growth is slow. Nothing else.

When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.
