Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.
