...not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.

Everything taking from onboarding till Offboarding process support is less.improper salary commitment. Unhygienic premises rats on the desk while working. Mosquitoes all over. Sewage water all over the parking causing diseases whole if need to say apart from job security there is nothing you take more pressure get less paid if thinking to leave the job tech m members will motivate you in a way that if you leave Tech m no one offers you job and mentally Stress employees to suicidal thoughts. And rules are depending on age seniority etc.! #DO NOT CHOOSE TECH MAHINDRA AND RUINE YOUR LIFE GETTING STUCK OVER THERE

Colleagues and Bosses I found initially very good bond with. Kind of easy going with my project.

Dislikes

Very poor management, bad salary hike, they prefer outside candidates with low salary but they are unable to give good hike to their existing employees who helped making their project successful. They do have budgets and high benefits from customers but they don't share it with employees. Also, I felt kind of discrimination while giving opportunities inspite of having skills set.

Only Salary will be on time, other never hope for any process/department change they will never do that but give false assurances to change soon but never do & if in case they want to fired you, they will automatically create such unwanted situations you will be bound to forcefully resign/quite your job.

Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar ..... Micro-management services , no work ethics, no environmental culture, arrogant worst senior peoples, worst transport / cab facilites never on time neither leave on time ... If you're geniune old employee never have faith they will help or support you ... Neither on job they are cooperative neither after leaving they will cooperative / help you ... 💯 % worst management services.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Appraisals are not fair they didn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Working six days.
