Its a great organisation, specially for freshers, they have great scopes to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

Work load is too high, little issues regarding salary and payments, i felt their payments are quite less as compared to the work load, they pay on last working day of the month. Payments are quite irregular i.e. they pay but a certain amount they deduct which they clear in the next months payment.

Only salary credit on time and nothing else to like.

I have never seen such a pathetic management managers sme and trainers on this site. They all care about csat and dsat. They become hypocrites in front of the client. From Am to sme everybody is rude. The am will ask you turn on your camera no matter what u r doing u have to turn your camera on if he calls up the meeting. In front if everyone he will humiliate you if you do not meet your numbers. They will all have partiality towards locals and they will make fun of you in their mother tongue which u wont be able to recognise. They have 0 communication skills they will make u work so hard u will feel u r in a pressure cooker. If you want to spoil your health energy and time for 15k bucks holding more than 2 yrs of experience techm is good for you.

HR, operations team and management are most terrible. The higher authorities always treat their employees like a slave's. When you get better opportunities total higher authorities behave like horrible. Never ever getting support form HR end and operations end.

No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management. On top this cut on variable pay too. Too bad and extremely disheartening. TechM never fails to disappoint its employees

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
