...e said no bcuz i dont usually abuse , and then i left the job and sir our TL mr.alpeshbhai thakor said u will recieve the test salary within 45 days, its been more than 2 months already and didn't recieve a single penny, This occurred on 1st April they tried to make me sign on ztp paper saying "i sumit chaudhary has disobeyed policies so m resigning And i wanted to write - bcux of defective headphones my unconsciously said abusive word could reach to customer So i think TL and HR both are corrupted As i heard in floor that each headphone costed 29k indian rupees and i cant believe it to a lil, I texted mr.alpesh thakor for mail to share my experience and he took 4 days still couldn't provide and rather started ignoring my texts so decided to find mail from google Its such a dismay of disappoint that the company claims to be one of the best companies in asia and HR and pple like this just worsen the image I would recommend better hire some logic G.O.A.Ts than these old ztupid scums Place - tower 4, infocity Gandhinagar

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
