Dislikes

Techmbs does not care about employees , they would do anything to meet their targets which is to be honest is pretty impossible to achieve . Leaves policy is really bad , work culture is pretty terrible , people will abuse you on the floor . You will never enjoy the work because no matter how good you are they will (the management) find some or other thing to criticize you. Shift is for 9.30 hours and if there is login issues you would have to complete your login hours even if you're working from office and it's an issue with techmbs computer

The list is long but I will try to summarise. The policies are good but the management is very poor. The way they treat their advisors is like a disposable commodity. You are good for them as long as you work silently. The moment you start having grievance and complaints, they will start targetting you by wickedly manipulating the policies and issue you Disciplinary actions and manipulate your performance ratings and sabotage your career and future in the organization. No matter how much you escalate, it will be of no use because every higher level in management will only support the lower management only. There is absolutely no transperancy and confidentiality when you escalate a grievance. The aggrieved advisor will eventually be cornored until he gives up and compromises with the injustice or quits the company. I am just sharing my own experience and observation.

The point I could interact with my managers directly as there was no hierarchy to be followed. I enjoyed working in the Fraud and Security department in the company and also had one of the best managers who handled the team well. I would also like to say that other managers should take an example from him. I left because I wanted to pursue something which was more challenging and my manager respected my decision.

... there was not much growth in the company because it was not challenging enough. The pay was low and not worth it for taking forty stressful calls in a stretch. Toilets were never clean, e.g. The flushes never used to work. A call center job would not be beneficial for your health. The fact that you could only take a single comfort break of five minutes was not enough. On the whole, the company should write a new policy. The ratings I have given are mainly for the calls I used to take. However, my tenure in the Fraud and Security department was a good one.

Compensation, behaviour of managers, deductions of salary, not getting incentives, timings. fnf procedure is 2months i got it after 2.5 months, huge deductions of salary. i was a top performer in sales yet suffered due to politics. Dnt join.
