There is no job security if the process goes ramp down then you’ll not be getting any alternative in the same location rather they’ll suggest to relocate to other locations to noida kol Chennai which is really disappointed.

i liked the work life balance and job security here but these things doesnt matter if your salary is ultra low and i cannot do my basic needs with the salary.

ultra low salary and no good hikes and promotions also skill development is not focused by them it is on you .

The managers and the team are supportive and helpful. There is no pressure related to work and no targets.

The salary is far from satisfactory. The appraisal process is disappointing, and the infrastructure is in very poor condition.

When I go to eclerx fir the interview I realised I wasted my 2 years in Techanahindra. This is my first job to I want experience not tough interview they just selected agents with very simple interview and I work in domestic process no experience was count.

...e their verbal and written communication skills but I didn't improve my skills. There is so much issues regarding leaves and n growth opportunities even salary package is too low. TLs and mangers are not supportive.

Not much but chandigarh site needs site head to support on real time basis. Admin supporting slow at times
