Shifts are easy to work and salary is always on time

Operation peoples and management is very poor as they are playing by name of process requirements but they donot understand the employee requirement. If a candidate is joining them for voice process then it means that he/she is okay with voice jobrole but they will keep moving you in other process and if you deny then they will target you. And how can anyone excell in any process if they frequently change the process.

There is nothing to be liked about this company.

The management is worst they never help employee in any grounds and they always deducted the salary without any reason they also can terminate any of the employee with false alligations they are having may issues in there system of work but they never agree for the same and fired employees by putting the blame on them.

Only thing I like about this company is timely salary. They are really punctual about salary.

Dislikes

There are lots of process in tech Mahindra. I worked in Flipkart process. Only thing I don't like about salary is less comparing to another companies who have similar process.

Overall the company is great work culture is good but the job security is not so good Company culture is really good

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
