Switching 1st company in just 2 months
I got JL from another company right in Bengaluru, the joining is on 26 Feb 2025 and I will be joining as a fresher, the pay in little high but the main advantage is the project allotment because at techM I got technical support which is a techno-functional job not a development job plus a bond of 2 years on 1 lakh inr. I didn't just study btech cs to not get a dev job, so I am planing on leaving the company. Should I? Or not?

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

When I join Tech Mahindra I think I will work harder and amateur but in bhubaneswar tech Mahindra all thing are very terrible. The team leader is asking for people Drinking alcohol and we*d My team leader is never asked because he know how I am. As I am not sitting with him for drinks and smoking he doesn't like me every time torture shouting.

My last withdraw salary is Rs.14288 of 1.8years experience. 1.8 years experience no promotion and increment is 2k only. For this thing I am not getting better hike in any company. Where the freshers are getting 17k take-home salary I am also getting the same in present job and upcomming offer of jobs. Literally every company HR shocked when I said my last take is 14k and my experience is 1.8Yrs they just shocked. Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar site all from.top to button all are corrupt. Tech bhubaneswar site is Full of politics. Full of irrespective things happens here

...o vp all are fearfull entities, does not have gut to help you for an assignment. Irrespective of ur talent they will check how less is ur salary so that u can be abosorbed, where its not ur fault, no one will listen to u and u will be thrown. Dont join if u depends on ur salary for all ur needs and if u have an EMI or loan to repay. Mid of path they will drop u. HR department is a crap. Choose a better company.
