... first and then the productivity. They marked LOP on the first month my joining. When I asked them the manager replied, We can't pay you for sitting at home whereas the appointment letter says the salary is calculated from the date of joining. When I tried to raise the issue to the upper level they started discriminating me and said don't try to be a leader here. Even the HRs also played a big role in this incident. Finally they had adjust my salary in the next after a strong fight. You can't ask for a leave although you are dying.

1. Work Culture 2. Everyone carries their own ego they will threaten you to fired but when in need they will again call you back. 3. They will never help you how to improve they will just ask "do it I don't know anything but you have to do it" 4. The associate in lowest band will get beat by each and everyone in the office they won't care about youb

Friendly environment, everything we can raise that issue of that was wrong they will try to clear that

Politics, worst breaks we don't get the time to eat peacefully low salary, better to search for another if you want to get good pay other wise good company

...ates just to impress their clients also make them resign after use like puppets. If they don't like you they will find out any non compliance and give you ZTP , also salary structure is poor.

Working in Tech M has made me realise that there is nothing good there.

Everything. The supervisors, the promotion, the office politics, the salary and also the environment. The HR also listens to the manager and not the associates.
