...it depends on the project. Actually, everything depends on the project we get. Variable pay upto U4 will be credited to monthly salary.

Management will not have close interaction with employees, Though we get ACE, we were not given good hike. HR will listen to BU Heads and Managers they don't have the actual control.

Excellent growth opportunities, skillcupgrade options. Chance to work on innovative ideas.

Dislikes

...art. They may hire externally at high ctc but won't give any raise year on year. Even at management levels the pay is way below industry norms.

One of the positive about tech Mahindra is job security , apart from this no gud hike in salary . About technical growth it all depends on the project you were placed into. If you are looking only ABT job security I suggest anyone to join . You can expect onsite if placed into any international projects

No hike or single digit hikes Difficult to get promoted to next level .

Most of the projects are client driven and so good platform for learning and development with the latest SDLC trends in the market. But no compensation provided by TechM and which tends imbalance financially. And so not a recommended company.

NO salary growth and lots of politics playing by management group

In my project work environment was good. Not much pressure. Onsite opportunities also was good.

...derabad instead of doing much more better work than other locations team member. Increment and other compensation is very poor.
