Environment is good but if we talk about the salary package that is not good enough is every process otherwise facilities for both male and female is good they do care about you when you work for them.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good
