...ch scam: your bench manager unknown to you (not at all approve ur timesheet.) So totally, no salary for 2 months. No help from bench managers(in getting project and learning side) ,RMG (sleeping team), HR (new freshers) projects explosure process is worse during bench. RMG and HR team majority are fresher. Firing is fixed solution from thr side, whether your 10yr experienced in same org or greate experience. No value and judgemental nor proper process.

There is nothing in TechMahindra for one can choose some likes ,(however you will few learning opportunities but they are really few )

Dislikes

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . MANAGEMENT IS WORTH LESS ,POLICIES ARE NEVER REVIEWED and have been the same since ages (only changes happens in words and revisions are versioned without any real improvement from previous) , no growth, no challenging role to offer

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

Work life balance , can easily finish work and enjoy rest of time with family . Have lots of project so that even on bench can get project . People are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .
