Third class company they don't have money to pay the salary on time they even unable to pay salary on the month 7th date my recommend is please don't do job in this company 3rd class 3rd party company

This is a third class company they have no money to pay salary on time to their team in every month they have not paying the salary and incentive on time the date say even unable to pay the salary on the 7th of date in month my recommend is please don't do job in this company

limited career growth opportunities, high employee turnover, inconsistent salary increases, poor HR responsiveness, lack of job security, feeling of pressure due to tight deadlines, and sometimes a perception of an overly focused "contract role" culture where long-term stability might not be guaranteed.

Nothing, they make fool to the employees when it comes to salary, appraisal, and hikes.

They do not follow any TAT still my F&F is pending and its more than 60 days now. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS CONSULTING FIRM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN GREAT TROUBLE AS THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME.
