Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I worked for few months for this company. As far as salary release and other benefits it's fine. But client deputation for women needs to be secured as far as physical balance by TeamLease team. There should be some cab facility provided by teamlease or client for office visiting on a daily basis if an employee is residing far from the office. That needs to be included in your policies for women employees somewhat I felt.

Third class company they don't have money to pay the salary on time they even unable to pay salary on the month 7th date my recommend is please don't do job in this company 3rd class 3rd party company

Nothing, they make fool to the employees when it comes to salary, appraisal, and hikes.

They do not follow any TAT still my F&F is pending and its more than 60 days now. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS CONSULTING FIRM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN GREAT TROUBLE AS THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME.
