... is gone in the wind, they will literally call you after 2 am and make you work. Job security is none and the salary structure is so pathetic you would like to work as a labourer just to upgrade to a higher pay structure. They hire content writers but the creativity is just lost and the managers are as illiterate as the Labourer you will be working with. In the end just don't work for these guys at all.

... mst company hai..aur ye hum paisa khaa kr nii kehree..sach mein bawaal hai ....thiik thaak salary milega ..kaam kaaz acha se kro toh promotion bhi aur party bhi mst deta hai ..if you know to write ,teachief is your destination.

Bs thosa casual leave jyaada rahe ,toh aur bhi mazza aa jaaye ,aur calculation of salary 26 days ke hisaab se ho ,qki 31 days ke basis pr salary milta hai mtlv sundays bhi count hogyaa ,toh wo non paid ho gyaa aur per day salary ghat gyaa..toh employee motivated nii reh paata hai ,baaki sab mst ..mere ko manager bhi mst mile hai.

...y are never praised for their hardwork but criticised for even a single mistake. They are expected and they work for 24 hours but their salary is very less in comparision for the work they are given.

IT IS REALLY VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE TEACHIEF ACADEMY, ITS MORE LIKE WORKING IN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT RATHER THAN WORKING IN A STRICT CORPORATE RULES AND REGULATIONS. THE MANAGEMENT AND COLLEAGUES ARE SO FRIENDLY. THERE IS NO SUCH HUGE OVERLOADED PRESSURE WHICH CAN LEAD TO MIS MANAGEMENT OF WORK LIFE BALANCE. TIMING IS GOOD. ALMOST ALL THE RED LETTER HOLIDAYS ARE APPLICABLE. MORE THAN THESE, THE SALARY COMES JUST ON THE DATE EVEN IF IT IS A HOLIDAY OR SUNDAY, NO MATTER WHAT. TIMINGS ARE ALSO GOOD. MANAGEMENT ALSO ARRANGE FEW EVENTS FOR ENTERTAINMENT OF ALL THE STAFFS. SO BY ALL MEANS "IT IS REALLY THE OFFICE WHERE WORK IS A FUN."

THERE IS NO SUCH POINT WHICH CAN BE DISLIKED BUT I WANT TO NOTIFY THAT IT WILL BE BETTER TO HAVE 5 DAYS WEEK OR AT LEAST LEAVE ON ALTERNATE SATURDAYS.

First of all, what can you expect from a company, where the HR herself resigns from the position due to managemental politics and all. Not only HR but the PR as well, interesting right? Do not ever fall for the positive reviews as it was intentionally given due to the request of HR by the employees. Favoiritism is at its peak here. Manager and mederators are like Romeo and Juliet....they will suck your blood day and night......Managers are extremely supportive as whenever you will call them you will find them busy on another call, and talking about the moderators....they do not even review the assignements before collecting....they will simply collect the works and distribute them to the writers and whenever you will find any querry they will start asking the clients then.......You will find yourself stuck......you will sit to work on 10.30am in the morning, work for arround 12 hours and will waste another 3 to 4 hours due to these Lovestories between Managers and Moderators..........Another thing is, whenever you will raise a complaint against them, they will start scholding you, by talking about small and small negative points of you....And there is a moderator, being a man he still have some female ego........as whenever you will complaint aginst him......he will just strat to play Saas bahu with you.......Thank you so much for reading.......there are some specific melodramatic managers as they know how to play politics well and how to butter some writers whenever they are having good works and once the work is done, and if you refuse to do another one for your own personal problem, the person wil ghost you and will start grounding you like you are no one to the team and the company as well.
