Dear Candidate, We appreciate your providing feedback about your positive and negative experiences in the company. Focusing on productivity and efficiency, has been part and parcel of our operations, and your acknowledgement of the same means a lot to us. As about the negative experiences that you mentioned, considering the fluctuations of the industry, late allocations are a factor that despite all attempts are unavoidable entirely. However, as you must be aware necessary cooperations with extensions are provided for the same. Regarding management and politics part, apparently, we focus on the well being of every employee, and if in case you have witnessed anything which could be improved, we would have been willing to hear a positive suggestion, in person. As about WFO, indeed that is a determining factor as per employment terms agreed upon during recruitment, however in case of need, necessary relaxations are also provided which we believe you were aware of. Same is with salary as well, which is decided after taking into consideration factors of skills, designation, as well as external factors. However, there are a few remarkable notions that we would like to shed light on: Primarily, work life balance is indeed a crucial aspect that we as a company continuously thrive to accomplish. However, our willingness to maintain a healthy work-life balance is also dependent on the teams that operate within the company, and if not taken seriously, results in a desirable outcome. As an example, if the teams do not work on a timely basis, the overall hierarchy gets impacted, yet as considerate and professional personnel we understand the complexity of the situation, and always motivate everyone to work timely for maintaining a healthy work life balance. However, as a company we are always open to suggestions for improvisation and we would like to spare a moment to thank you for the valuable feedback. We hope that we were able to explain a different perspective, that has maybe been skipped to consider.
