The management is supportive of the writers and provides help at every step.
Work life balance for a team manager is never considered an issue. It is told that everything is there responsibility. They are never praised for their hardwork but criticised for even a single mistake. They are expected and they work for 24 hours but their salary is very less in comparision for the work they are given.

However, there are a few remarkable notions that we would like to shed light on: Primarily, work life balance is indeed a crucial aspect that we as a company continuously thrive to accomplish. However, our willingness to maintain a healthy work-life balance is also dependent on the teams that operate within the company, and if not taken seriously, results in a desirable outcome. As an example, if the teams do not work on a timely basis, the overall hierarchy gets impacted, yet as considerate and professional personnel we understand the complexity of the situation, and always motivate everyone to work timely for maintaining a healthy work life balance. However, as a company we are always open to suggestions for improvisation and we would like to spare a moment to thank you for the valuable feedback. We hope that we were able to explain a different perspective, that has maybe been skipped to consider.

First of all, what can you expect from a company, where the HR herself resigns from the position due to managemental politics and all. Not only HR but the PR as well, interesting right? Do not ever fall for the positive reviews as it was intentionally given due to the request of HR by the employees. Favoiritism is at its peak here. Manager and mederators are like Romeo and Juliet....they will suck your blood day and night......Managers are extremely supportive as whenever you will call them you will find them busy on another call, and talking about the moderators....they do not even review the assignements before collecting....they will simply collect the works and distribute them to the writers and whenever you will find any querry they will start asking the clients then.......You will find yourself stuck......you will sit to work on 10.30am in the morning, work for arround 12 hours and will waste another 3 to 4 hours due to these Lovestories between Managers and Moderators..........Another thing is, whenever you will raise a complaint against them, they will start scholding you, by talking about small and small negative points of you....And there is a moderator, being a man he still have some female ego........as whenever you will complaint aginst him......he will just strat to play Saas bahu with you.......Thank you so much for reading.......there are some specific melodramatic managers as they know how to play politics well and how to butter some writers whenever they are having good works and once the work is done, and if you refuse to do another one for your own personal problem, the person wil ghost you and will start grounding you like you are no one to the team and the company as well....Read More

However, we sympathise on the fact that you felt it necessary to be vocal in a public forum under a masked identity, but never reached out in person where the solution could be given to you. Nevertheless, it would be suggestion to always verify information before developing any perception about it. Firstly, your interest and enthusiasm about HR and PR’s resignation clearly indicates your knack towards gossiping and spreading rumours which oftentimes are far from the truth. Every story has two sides and your bias regarding one, is indicative of how little knowledge can be dangerous than having none. Talking about favouritism in the company, we guess you need to reword your phrase to ‘performance’ instead, as everyone who performs well is valued in the company, while others given their fair share of time and resources to work on themselves to achieve better, we hope you have not missed the training and meetings provided in your course of employment. Regarding the manager-moderator interaction, it seems more like coming from your jealousy and starving for attention, rather than an employee who genuinely needed any assistance because if you did, there would be ways to take assistance, from peers, texting, sending query in mail and so on. Guess you are unaware that call is one of the many mediums of communication, and not the only one. Secondly, your perceptions about moderators seems mixed up more with quality checkers, which sadly might be your perception but far from the requirements of their role in the company. However, even if you needed any second checking from ‘moderators’ for ‘your works’ despite your talent, degree, training and execution; for which you have been hired in the first place, it would just be one request away as they would not have let you down. But is does question your calibre and self confidence though on the work submitted, validating yet again your futile attempts at masking your self-weakness with allegations to the company personnel. As we still wish for your success, it would be a humble suggestion to work on yourself first before your next employment on these insecurities, as if not it would not take you far in life. Regarding the query raising part, additionally it is conveyed upon resolution from clients and anyone aware of the field can understand. Also, the fact that we encourage to write even a single word with ultimate clarity, not otherwise should have given you a basic understanding of how much we value your time and efforts to prevent any negativity or fail in future, but if taking unnecessary pains of revision and failure is your ultimate expectations in life, we apologise to you sincerely for letting you down. The part about scolding and politics however as we said is an extension of your filmy or storytelling skills and if you refer above, maybe if you will take some learning and come past your immaturity. For the later parts of the comments, thanks for validating the performance prioritisation that we promote and disproving your own story you of politics and attention seeking you took so much time to create. One of the worst places to work. There is no job security at all. Extremely manipulative and abusive seniors there. In the first few months they will be extremely caring towards you and then they will show their true colours. They you burden you with extra works and there is no pay policy for that. They tell that they will provide that reimbursement as paid leaves but you will not get it as per your convenience. They will manipulate you to take it as per their choice. Even if you don't like you (because you can't keep buttering them or oiling their feet) they will throw you out of the company by playing heinous politics. They will doom your life and become the worst night along with the cause for which will you will be chugging antidepressants regularly. The 2 most manipulative, insensitive, bureaucratic, criminal mind people there is Soumojit Biswas, Sukannya Biswas (Soumojit's elder sister, the naagin, even worse than that), the director and his mate and some of their chamchas (these keep on changing). Only thing you will love there is the caretaker, tmd sir who still have emotions but they are powerless due to that bro-sis duo. You will see a giant big boss house there with games like splitsvilla (I actually mean it because of the love shit they do with each other) and tasks like Roadies and Khatron Ke Khiladi. If you want to save your life or even your friends and family "DON'T EVEN JOIN THIS COMPANY". It's better to beg on the streets than working here.
