Parasites and blood suckling management. The mecca of office politics. Never join as fresher. Wasted the Golden time of my corporate life. You would just learn how you can be back stabbed by dear friends and colleagues.

Liberal, job security and in time out time quite flexible.

...employees work over-time and in weekends quite frequently. No timely promotions. Salary increment very slow and provides below average salary.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supprtive nd management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade alokg with big libraries from where you can gain more knowledge. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year. They have a good initiative over CSR.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but promotion and career growth is slow.

A good monthly compensation was offered to me for my work in TCS-India done with the requirements of Duluth Trading Corporation (Retail), Albertson's (Life Sciences), and Hennes & Mauritz (Retail).

I was hired in a C2H position with the payroll of VHS Consulting India Ltd. Till my end in May 2022, I don't know what it takes to make my contract permanent;
