IN TCS, THE MENTAL HEALTH IS AVERAGE BECAUSE OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PEOPLE, THE SECURITY OF JOB IS UP TO THE MARK, WORK CULTURE IS NICE DEPENDING ON THE DIFFERENT PROJECT, MANAGEMENT PEOPLE ARE AVERAGE AND COMPANIES POLICIES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

THE SALARY AND APPRAISAL IS VERY LESS COMPARE TO OTHER COMPANIES, POLITICS IS UP TO THE HIGH MARK IN TCS.

Increments are very low and in recent days basic pay for new joiners is increased but for the associate's who are more than 3 + years of experience getting less Salary compared to new joiners- fresher's

...salary in hand lots of deduction Do not join this company..no salary no hike ..very high variable pay and payout 20 percent max for seniors ..no onsite in aem now in tcs 20 percent lucky people get that with buttering....you can not choose project on bench they will decide

Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher

...ce towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.
