No job secure for contractual employee. Without any reason sending letter of disiplinary issue. No proper attendence tracking for on roll employee. But for contractual employee attendence is mandetory. If contractual employee giving correct attendence too.

Global company, opportunity to explore new areas to work, good L&D and digital library subscriptions.

Dislikes

...l companies which is a major concern as this could be equal to 1 month's salary. No salary review unless resignation. HR policies are unfair to individuals. Regional/company management does not care to enhance HR policies. Tasks over weekends/ holidays without any benefits or comp off.

No camaraderie, one sided policies, no job security. Poor compensation. Stingy outlook of management. Too much politics in everyday affairs. By passing of senior employees by their own team members.Conservative n primitive mindset of management like companies in 80's. No support given in covid times.No complete full n final paid to ppl n even a good proportion from that deducted even after firing workforce.Not employee friendly. No employee freedom given to work. Too much money minded organization n always on a lookout to find opportunity to deduct employee's compensation.

... that too without giving them a seat or soft warning before deducting the money. Associates are losing thousands of money from their salary every month in the name of quarterly results or associates not working from office. I feel joining TCS at early stages will translate into delayed career growth which will result in lesser monetary value in overall growth.

Annual salary hikes and Work Culture are not up to mark.
