Job security, work life balance is good.

Dislikes

...uriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

Only labors can work here not engineers. It’s not a IT COMPANY It’s a labour shop where labors getting delivered to clients . Nothing to like just hate this company.

...other than job security. I worked in client loc. Worklife balance was the worst. Not to mention salary hikes and appraisal which is less than 5%. if u are lucky then 10%. Very difficult to take leaves even tho we had leave balance.
