... total flop here and people who want mental peace can't be able to work in TCS . When they hire for a particular years experienced position , they hire people with very less salary and no experience persons and blame them for not having knowledge like a experienced one and then make you think , you are total waste. So many things are there. Very less hikes and very low ratings for a critical resource. Lot of things to say , but those who see this , pls erase your idea of working here. Only if you come with 15 or 20 years of experience and you are in management side , you can survive .

The work environment is good but not for freshers. Only when your are looking for stability after being experienced.

Not good for freshers to join. It will take 3-4 years to get 4.5 LPA package. Very small increment. No diwali bonus no occasions are celebrated.

Company policies are good and appraisals are fair workinh envinorment is good and team mates are good

It is great company to work with salary is decent and career growth is slow bond is for 1 year only.

Salary hikes 4-7 percent, very poor for freshers No proper communication between managers on skill development, resource satisfaction etc. Please dont join in your early IT career

TCS is good for freshers and juniors. its running on brand name thats it.

compensation is pathetic. year on year raise in compensation is very horrible. huge variable pay and its not paid above c2 level associates.
