...rables are there. No Promotion even you work 20 hrs and delivering good results. No Hike, Freshers should not consider joining this. Come after 10-12 years of experience and enjoy your life by creating problems to juniors. No specific working days, if you have task you have to work because after this you will be considered for appraisal 😉

There are many things which I dislike in TCS , first of all when freshers are looking for project, don't trust the person who called who for interview it's a big scam in TCS they just want labours to give delivery soon and don't care about freshers interested domain. They will give project according to them not on the technology which you want to work.

...good onsite opportunities who are looking for it and want to work outside India. Salary is less. TCS should give decent hikes when it comes to appraisals.
