It's not specific about TCS, but for a beginner the compensation expansion seems very less. However recently it seems they've announced some exams to promote oneself to higher roles exhibiting one's skillset.

The company policies are great, for most projects there is a good Work-life balance but for some, it is very difficult to breathe.

Salary growth is low, Basic Salary is low, growth is low, even with great Appraisals you get less increment. Role change is difficult.

This is an excellent organization to work with. You need not to worry about your job stability at times like these where almost all companies have been laying off. Ofcourse you need to work towards your deliverables as the projects in hand might also not be many and sitting idle and not working might pose a potential risk to your job.

...nd unnecessary pressure even you are working the medium management raise issues. The company didn't respect the talent and skills and pay very less but recruit the external skills at high pay . Large pay disparity between it's employees on same experience. Now forcing employees to change their cities even they have offices at particular location.

It's a first opportunity always special, good work culture and learning opportunities on various platforms, work life balance is good and it's depends on projects, maternity benefits, health insurance.

politics in appraisal process,low preference to women when coming to appraisal and promotion,salary is descent but not on par with market standards.
