Even after good appraisal ratings, we dont get good hike in salary. Promotion cycle has lot many concerns involved.

...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.

TCS is the company that we give example of like " Big Names, with minimum gains". Tcs gives its Band A performer 4-8% hike in salary in annual appreciation with no quarterly bonus (in IT). I give my maid 20% hike every year. Indians economy expenditures on avg has risen to 300% but TCS only talks big for its employee in the media but actually does nothing. They would hire ppl from outside with biggest bucks in offering but not promote its internal existing loyal good performer.

Dislikes

Caste-nepotism, favoritism, revenge behavior by Management, discrimination, blind eye by Management for wrong treatment towards employees and many more pathetic things that TCS Management is ill-famous for.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge criteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Sodexo is third party of TCS Salary will get on time . Work Environemt is good.

Sodexo technical services Work talent dont consider... Salaried are less. Salary Hikes are less. Performance is not considered. If we take intrest and try to grow high they will make you go down by assain some other work. Work assaignmet to person js not good. They only need the work to be finished. They use electrical person for carpetry, plumbing.. every wher. There is no quality knowledge supervisors
