Promotions and salary increments. Even if we get top performer band also salary increments will be less because salaries increments based on percentage. We have to join in TCS with high package. If we joined as a fesher or with less package increments will be less and we will disappoint finally.

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great

Don't join tcs as a fresher, make experience of 10 to 12 years then join tcs with a higher package and enjoy the health insurance.(Only for BPS and BPO candidates)
