Salary is too low compared to the market but the main part is TCS doesn't care about it. They will get good people even if they are loosing you. In fact, they always have great talents in their benches.

...nment hard work teams are very supportive and management is transparent company polite are good they give bonus every year some reasons I have come back to that company they are very good taking care about every employee dislike in every companies some bad persons will be there they are hurting very badly that's why came back to that come I was work in mclain they are send me to TATA consultation and tata consultation was good they are very caring and the place was very good and security was good every minute every second they will watching and caring it's very good good work environment and culture payments supportive and the management was good
