Work culture and salary benefits,,, what I don't like is the support for career growth and lack of talent recognisation

I don't like that there is very less guidance and support for career growth and lack of talent recognisation

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Dislikes

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

You don't get paid as per work or designation. No work life balance. Only expected to work round the clock. No benifit like bonus etc.

Non professional behaviour No benifit Salary hike is less compared to new joining or other it company No encouragement for personal life Round the clock work Unexpected work exposure

It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.

Dislikes

...ment is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.

Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.
