... let you change it once you join until project is over or you leave the company. And salary is also very bad.

... good as there are no learning much. Most of the projects are implementing ones. Salary hike is also very very less. But those who don't have any job except TCS for them it's the best. To switch technology and to have work life balance it's the best. Work culture is also very good.

don't join for job security, you will never be financially independent here. Join to learn collaborate and then move on after a couple years max.

almost lowest compensation negligible appraisal call me greedy but we are all working for our families

I like the teammates, they're very supportive and helpful in every aspect like while improving skill set. I like the work environment. TCS supported me to improve my skill set, i joined as a fresher so, i learnt alot from here.

The compensation was not good, the increment is low.
